Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Experience with hand tools, drills, and fastening methods.
• Basic understanding of measurement tools (calipers, scales, gauges).
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and documentation.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aerospace components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings.
• Perform drilling, countersinking, fastening, and part fitting operations.
• Install rivets, fasteners, bushings, and hardware to specification.
• Perform basic to intermediate inspections using measurement tools.
• Verify hole quality, edge distance, alignment, and fit-up requirements.
• Follow AS9100 documentation, travelers, and quality procedures.
• Identify defects and elevate issues to leads or quality as needed.
• Maintain 5S, FOD control, and safe work practices.
