Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate inspections using measurement tools.
• Verify hole quality, edge distance, alignment, and fit-up requirements.
• Follow AS9100 documentation, travelers, and quality procedures.
• Identify defects and elevate issues to leads or quality as needed.
• Maintain 5S, FOD control, and safe work practices.

Level 2 - $2,500

Bonus payout schedule:

50% paid on first paycheck

Overview

We are seeking skilled Aerospace Assemblers to support precision sheet metal assembly operations. This role is responsible for assembling components to engineering specifications using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and measurement equipment.

Assemblers play a critical role in ensuring parts are built accurately, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time. This position works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to support production goals and continuous improvement efforts.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities may include:

• Assemble aerospace components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures

Skill Levels & Pay

Level 1 - Sheet Metal Assembler:$22+/hr + $1,500 sign-on bonus

Level 2 - Sheet Metal Assembler: $25+/hr + $2,500 sign-on bonus

Level 3 - Advanced Sheet Metal Assembler: $30+/hr + $5,000 sign-on bonus

(Level placement determined during hiring process)

Required Qualifications
