Job summary

RTX in Colorado Springs is seeking a student intern to join the Ejection Seating Division. You will be part of the Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) team, supporting daily tasks and gaining exposure to all phases of the development lifecycle for our ACES ejection seats.

You will learn systems engineering and test engineering methodologies, working onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. The role offers hands-on experience with real world aerospace products and collaboration with experienced

Qualifications

Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

Support Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) daily tasks for the ejection seating program.
Learn systems engineering practices: define requirements, document architecture, and verify requirements.
Learn test engineering methodologies: test planning, data analysis, and verification documentation.
