Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an Assembly Operator at our Cutting Dynamics facility in Avon Lake, Ohio. You will assemble components, track inventory, organize the workspace and coordinate with management and quality teams to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and strong mechanical/technical aptitude, plus clear English communication, teamwork, integrity and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrates inspection competence.
• Demonstrates basic mathematical skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required.
• Great communicator, team player and safety oriented.

Responsibilities

• Installs/assembles screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts and components.
• Maintains inventory of components and department items.
• Organizes assembly area and maintains equipment.
• Communicates with management and shop personnel to resolve quality issues.
• Completes reports and related paperwork.
