Job summary

Busek Co. Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to support the planning, coordination, and execution of aerospace manufacturing and development programs. You will develop and maintain schedules, monitor progress against milestones, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep work on track.

The ideal candidate has experience with project scheduling in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or engineering environments, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Experience in project scheduling or production planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, including task dependencies and milestones.
• Background in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows and procurement lead times.
• Excellent organization and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project and production schedules using Microsoft Project and other tools.
• Coordinate schedules across Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Testing.
• Track milestones, dependencies, resources, and critical path activities.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, delays, and potential conflicts.
• Provide regular schedule updates to project managers and leadership.
• Prepare schedule reports and milestone summaries for reviews and customer commitments.
• Identify variances and develop recovery plans and revised timelines.
• Support planning, forecasting, and coordination of multiple programs.
