Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC is seeking a Sr. PCBA Aerospace Manufacturing Test Engineer to deploy, qualify, and improve test systems at Contract Manufacturing sites for Satellite PCBAs.

This role interfaces between Amazon Leo’s test development teams and manufacturing partners to ensure effective deployments and onsite support. You will lead debugging, document procedures, train CM personnel, analyze failure data, and drive test system improvements with a hands-on approach across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years deploying and training on complex test systems including RF tests, ICT fixtures, and Flying Probe.

Responsibilities

Develop test strategies and optimize test setups at Contract Manufacturing sites.
Perform PCBA debug and root-cause failure analysis, creating runbooks and training technicians.
Collaborate with R&D and Test Development to improve test systems and data analysis.
Analyze data to identify failure trends and recommend improvements.
Document procedures and train operators; support certification programs.
Lead small teams to achieve objectives and drive strategic initiatives.
