Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks a Production Supervisor to lead Kuiper satellite production in Redmond, WA. You will manage technicians, ensure assembly and testing meet quality standards, and coordinate with engineers on a 4/10 schedule (Wed–Sat, 6:30am–5pm).

The role emphasizes training, process documentation, safety, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable space hardware on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• 5+ years hands-on mechanical or electrical assembly/testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians and coordinate daily production tasks.
• Ensure quality, safety and process adherence on the floor.
• Develop on-the-job training and standard work procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement improvements.
