Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Sales Support Technician to assist in the preparation, deployment, and operation of aerospace communication demonstrations. You will work with sales consultants and engineers to deploy ground station equipment, antennas, and RF hardware for customer engagements.

You will contribute to field demonstrations, validate system performance, and help translate capabilities into compelling customer experiences across lab, field, and travel environments.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of RF and satellite communications.
• Ability to set up and operate equipment used in demonstrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and operate aerospace communication systems for demonstrations.
• Deploy ground station equipment, antennas, RF systems, and related hardware.
• Participate in field demos, trade shows, and customer engagement events.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to accurately represent system performance.
• Configure equipment and software prior to demonstrations and testing.
