Job summary

RTX is seeking Electrical Engineers in the McKinney and Plano areas to support a critical production program in the Airborne RF Electronics Design Department. You will work on hardware and software aspects, resolving issues during production, testing, and integration as part of an integrated team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, strong troubleshooting, and experience with measurement tools. Occasional travel up to 25% is expected as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and measurement equipment recommended.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assess production test design coverage across STE to assure quality.
• Troubleshoot hardware and test sets to component level and interfaces.
• Analyze test data and drive resolution of issues in production.
• Evaluate hardware performance and disposition units accordingly.
• Update engineering docs like schematics, drawings, wire lists.
• Travel up to 25% to support production and suppliers.
