Job summary

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Product Repair/Mod Tech C at Joint Base Charleston, SC. The role involves assembling, disassembling and modifying aerospace systems to address failures and implement changes.

You will oversee related tasks, configure vehicles and bench test equipment while troubleshooting complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate faults. A security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to identify hazardous working conditions and safety issues.
• Experience repairing, maintaining, and retrofitting aerospace components.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble and modify aerospace components to correct failures or implement changes.
• Oversee assembly, disassembly or overhaul and bench test equipment.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate faults.
• Document procedures and tests to ensure compliance and flight worthiness.
• Obtain and maintain required security clearance and medical qualifications.
