Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field.
• Experience in mechanical design, manufacturing engineering, repair development, or aerospace engineering.
• Experience designing tooling, fixtures, gauges, or manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, turbine engine, APU, or precision manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with CAD and ability to create/modify detailed drawings and 3D models.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering concepts and design solutions for repair and restoration of aircraft, APU, and engine components.
• Design tools, fixtures, gauges, and equipment for repair, machining, inspection, assembly, and production processes.
• Create and modify engineering drawings, models, layouts, and documentation using CAD.
• Evaluate damaged components and assist in developing practical repair solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
