Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead evaluation efforts to analyze, improve, and ensure the reliability and durability of aerospace products and systems. You will report to the Engineering Manager and work on a hybrid schedule from our Clearwater, Florida location, with new hires expected to report on-site 100% M-F for the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• 1+ year experience with circuit analysis, design, or schematics.
• 1+ year familiarity with aerospace government and industry standards and regulatory requirements related to reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Support reliability analysis and testing to identify failure modes and improve product robustness before production.
• Ensure compliance with product and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement reliability growth plans and predictive maintenance strategies for aerospace hardware.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to enhance reliability and compliance with standards.
• Lead Failure Review and Corrective Action (FRACA) and Failure Review Boards (FRBs).
• Summarize and present findings to customers.
