The candidate should bring 1+ year in circuit analysis or related areas, familiarity with aerospace standards, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 1+ year experience with circuit analysis, circuit design, or schematics.
• 1+ year familiarity with aerospace government and industry standards related to reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Support reliability analysis and testing activities to identify potential failure modes and improve product robustness before production.
• Ensure compliance with product and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement reliability growth plans and predictive maintenance strategies for aerospace hardware.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality to enhance product reliability and compliance with aerospace standards.
• Lead in Failure Review and Corrective Action (FRACA) and Failure Review Boards (FRBs).
• Summarize and present findings to customers.
