Job summary

RTX in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, invites you to join a Monday–Friday Co‑Op session from January to June. You will work with our aerospace engineering team, gaining hands-on experience on air transport, regional and military aircraft programs, and reliability activities.

The program requires enrolled students pursuing Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degrees, with at least 60 credits completed. The role is hybrid, onsite in Aguadilla three days a week and two days remote, with relocation not

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 60 credit hours by start of internship.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.

Responsibilities

• Support Air Transport, Business, Regional and Military aircraft products and programs.
• Complete Reliability Assessments, MTBF estimates and component failure rates.
• Execute Derating analysis, FMEAs, HIRF and Lightning analyses, Testability and Maintainability assessments.
• Develop AST and Environmental Stress Screening profiles; oversee testing and define corrective actions.
• Realize Neutron Single Event Upset susceptibility analysis.
