Job summary

RTX in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico is offering a Monday–Friday Co-Op session from January to June, inviting enrolled students in engineering programs to join a hands-on mentorship. You will work on meaningful aerospace projects, gain exposure to mature engine programs and cross-functional teams.

This hybrid role requires English communication, US citizenship, and the ability to balance coursework with project responsibilities while contributing fresh ideas to a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Civil and Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Co-ops at Pratt & Whitney work on challenging, meaningful, and impactful projects across our business.
• Contribute fresh ideas and participate as a productive member of the department.
• Grow as a professional and demonstrate impact through daily work.
• English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers or colleagues who speak English.
