Portal Space Systems is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, and hourly roles, with a core focus on sourcing talent for spacecraft and satellite programs. You will partner with hiring managers to understand technical and production needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a recruiting experience that reflects our mission and values.

This role is ideal for someone who can source a passive candidate for a hard-to-fill satellite engineering

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for spacecraft, satellite, or aerospace programs.
• Experience with manufacturing and hourly/high-volume recruiting.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions and priorities at once.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and hourly/production roles.
• Source and engage passive and active talent for spacecraft and satellite-related positions.
• Manage candidate pipelines from intake through offer and closing.
• Support high-volume hourly and manufacturing hiring needs, including scheduling and coordinating large candidate pools.
• Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
