Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Columbus, GA is seeking a Records Analyst to ensure accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance of aircraft engine records for Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) engines. You will review documentation and maintain high-quality records that support audits and certifications, while enabling efficient maintenance and operations.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a current CAC, and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Currently holds CEC Inspection Stamp.
• 2+ years’ relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain a CAC.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review and inspect electronic and hardcopy records such as disassembly, assembly and inspection records packages, and generate the required documents for the Engine Mini-Pack.
• Ensure all records meet internal standards as well as customer and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and investigate record discrepancies; perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Document findings and maintain accurate records within applicable systems.
• Support internal and customer audits/investigations by providing thorough and compliant documentation.
• Interacts with Operations, Materials, Component Repair, Customer Programs and Engineering personnel to resolve records-related issues.
