Job summary

Pratt & Whitney at Columbus Engine Center is seeking a Records Analyst to ensure accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance of aircraft engine records. You will review Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) engine docs, maintaining high standards and facilitating audits to support safe, efficient operations.

The role is on-site with a weekend shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 am–7:00 pm, focusing on document integrity, discrepancy investigation, and continuous improvement through CORE initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Currently holds CEC Inspection Stamp.
• 2+ years’ relevant experience.
• Desirable: A&P License, Military Training, Technical Training, or Jet Engine Inspection Experience.
• Familiarity with records management in regulated environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ESVR, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Review and inspect electronic and hardcopy records such as disassembly, assembly and inspection records packages, and generate documents for the Engine Mini-Pack.
• Ensure all records meet internal standards as well as customer and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and investigate record discrepancies; perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Document findings and maintain accurate records within applicable systems.
• Support internal and customer audits by providing thorough and compliant documentation.
• Contribute to CORE initiatives to enhance records processes and efficiency.
