RTX is seeking an engineering intern to contribute to projects related to aircraft engines and diagnostics at our Middletown, CT facility. You will gain hands-on experience across CAD, sensor development, hardware/software integration, and testing in a reputable aerospace environment.

This role targets students pursuing mechanical, aerospace, electrical, or computer engineering or physics degrees, with strong programming in MATLAB, LabVIEW or Python. U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Computer Eng. or Physics.
• Experience with CAD software (Unigraphics/NX) or equivalent.
• Experience with MATLAB, LabVIEW or Python programming.

Responsabilités

• Work on tasks related to commercial or military engines depending on business need.
• Develop measurement techniques and diagnostic capabilities to verify gas turbine engines' structural integrity.
• Involve sensor development, hardware/software design, bench testing, and instrumentation installations.
