Job summary

RTX's internship in Middletown, CT supports engine instrumentation and test facility readiness for development and production testing. You will configure high‑speed data systems, monitor acoustic and structural data, and troubleshoot sensors in on-site engine/test cells and at customer sites.

Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Computer, or Electrical Engineering and remain enrolled through the internship session.

Responsibilities

• Support an Internship Role within the Advanced Measurements and Structural Data Recording Operations department.
• Configure high‑speed data systems and acquire structural data from sensors on engine hardware and test cells.
• Troubleshoot sensors, wiring, and data acquisition during validation testing.
