Job summary

The HEICO Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to act as the site owner of the QMS, ensuring AS9100 compliance and alignment with customer requirements. You will support the Quality Director in policy creation, document control, and continual process improvements across manufacturing and engineering functions.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in aerospace quality, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience with audits, Nadcap is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required or equivalent.
• Aerospace quality experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site owner for the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring AS9100 compliance.
• Assist Quality Director in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality documentation.
• Coordinate CAPA activities and verify effectiveness; lead complex root-cause investigations.
• Interface with customer quality reps and support customer audits.
• Support Special Process compliance and production readiness activities.
