This is a hands‑on role in a dynamic aerospace environment with opportunities to influence process improvements, data analytics, and supplier quality initiatives across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)
• Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems; root cause analysis and problem-solving
• Proficiency with data analytics to transform data into information
• Experience with quality auditing and data analysis to monitor/improve quality

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and regulations
• Manage conversations with aerospace customers and regulatory agencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer requirements and RMA compliance
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues
