Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in a related role.
• Experience solving problems in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, RCCA, root cause analysis).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own production-disruption issues related to supplier performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to restore operational stability.
• Lead follow-up to ensure actions are completed and effective.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
