Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Quality Analyst – Problem Solver to own supplier-related quality crises and ensure sustainable resolution. You will protect operations by resolving disruptions and preventing recurrence, collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive structured problem-solving initiatives.

The role requires five years of related experience, a degree in engineering, and strong skills in 8D, RCCA and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Identify root causes and implement robust corrective actions
• Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) across stakeholders
• You have a minimum of five years ‘experience in related job
• You hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• You have strong experience in problem solving within aerospace or manufacturing
• You master structured methodologies (8D, RCCA, root cause analysis)
• You are highly collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
• You are comfortable working in high-pressure environments
• You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
