Job summary

Aeronix Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to maintain and improve the Quality Management System in a regulated aerospace/defense environment. The role partners with Engineering, Operations, and leadership to ensure top-quality performance across programs.

You will lead internal and external audits, manage RCCA processes, and develop KPIs to drive continuous improvement. This hands-on position reports to the President and is based in Melbourne, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or a highly regulated environment.
• Experience with AS9100, DoD/DCMA/FAR/ government contracts.
• Experience administering AS9100-compliant Quality Management System.
• Experience with supplier quality management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and execute the QMS in accordance with AS9100 and customer/regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal/external quality audits and monitor quality metrics.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and RCCA processes.
• Develop quality KPIs and dashboards for leadership review.
• Support supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
