Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager for its aerospace manufacturing environment. The role leads three salaried direct reports and oversees indirect team members, driving audits, corrective actions, and quality documentation.

The manager will maintain the quality management system, coordinate internal and external audits, and serve as a back-up for certificate issuance while collaborating with the site manager and corporate quality team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a quality team in aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proven ability to manage audits, corrective actions and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead three direct salaried reports and oversee ~15 indirect team members.
• Maintain and improve the facility's quality management system and audits.
• Support certificate issuance and respond to customer/supplier requests.
