Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance leader to join our Aerospace Systems team in Madison, MS. You will guide seasoned professionals, ensure compliance with industry and government standards, and oversee quality of materials, processes, and delivered services.

The role requires strong data analytics, audit execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain DoD and aviation program integrity and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years QA in aviation, or 10 years with aviation management.
• Experience with government contracting QMS such as ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, AS9110.
• Active passport with at least 18 months remaining.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide experienced professionals on quality tasks.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100/AS9110 and SOPs.
• Audit quality programs, track data, generate reports, and investigate trends.
• Advise units on materials, processes, and supplier quality.
• Oversee DoD/aviation quality program compliance and internal audits.
