Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct a Quality department to ensure production meets standards.
• Identify improvements in throughput, quality, and customer service.
• Lead cross-functional teams on quality improvement projects; focus on process improvement and supplier quality.
• Supervise the quality team and manage department direction and evaluation.
• Develop and implement the Quality Management System to support growth.
• Oversee AS9100 surveillance or recertification audits.
• Provide status reporting on the Quality System to address needs.
• Support customer QMS audits and readiness reviews.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Lead First Article Inspection planning (AS9102).
