Job summary

Trexon seeks a hands-on Quality Manager to lead the Quality function across two business units in Chandler, AZ. You will oversee the QMS, audits, NCRs, and CAPAs, driving improvements with Engineering and Production to sustain AS9100 certification and high customer satisfaction. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on quality execution across high-reliability cable and wiring assemblies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO-certified environments required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the QMS in compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits and manage corrective actions.
• Develop and coach Quality Inspectors, Engineers, and Technicians.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and suppliers to drive quality improvements.
