Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. seeks a Customer Quality Specialist to act as the primary quality interface between Boeing and GTI for assigned programs.

You will own the coordination and closure of NCRs, corrective actions, and quality deliverables, exercising independent judgment to drive timely resolution. The role requires strong root-cause analysis, corrective action methodologies, and aerospace quality knowledge, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, support Boeing site visits,

Qualifications

• 5+ years aerospace quality experience preferred.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of AS9100, CFRs and Boeing specs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and resolve Boeing NCRs and corrective actions.
• Interface between Boeing and GTI for programs and deliverables.
• Lead quality reviews and audits with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain updates to Boeing quality portals and records.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and program requirements.
