Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Quality Specialist to serve as the primary quality interface between Boeing and GTI for assigned VIP jet interior programs.

You will own NCRs, corrective actions, and quality deliverables, coordinating cross-functional resources to drive timely resolution and maintain compliance with aerospace quality requirements. The role demands independent judgment, strong root cause analysis, and the ability to communicate complex requirements to GTI

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, corrective action methodologies and aerospace quality requirements.
• Experience owning NCRs and corrective actions and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Ability to evaluate issues and determine appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality interface between Boeing and GTI for assigned programs; coordinate client quality issues, requirements, deliverables and communications.
• Communicate Boeing quality requirements and ensure compliance with CFRs, AS9100 and program-specific quality requirements.
• Own Boeing-issued NCRs and corrective actions; assess status, coordinate resources, and drive timely disposition and closure.
• Lead and participate in quality reviews, audits, and program meetings; support Boeing onsite visits as needed.
• Evaluate customer findings and recurring quality issues; facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action development.
• Maintain updates to Boeing supplier/customer quality portals; track deliverables and escalate overdue actions or risks as appropriate.
• Interpret Boeing quality requirements and program expectations to support compliance and commitments.
• Evaluate NCR and corrective action trends and recommend preventive actions to management.
• Maintain regular attendance and full shifts.
• Other duties as assigned.
