Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a Customer Quality Specialist to serve as the primary quality interface with Boeing for assigned programs. You will own NCRs, corrective actions, and quality deliverables, coordinating cross-functional resources to drive timely resolution.

You will ensure compliance with AS9100, CFRs, and Boeing requirements, communicate expectations, and manage quality reviews, audits, and program meetings, including Boeing onsite support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 5+ years aerospace quality experience.
• Experience in AS9100 manufacturing environments.
• Experience owning NCRs, corrective actions, and customer quality requirements.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret Boeing specifications.
• Willingness to travel and work outside core hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and resolve Boeing NCRs and corrective actions for assigned programs.
• Serve as the primary quality interface between Boeing and GTI and communicate requirements to GTI personnel.
• Own NCRs, assess status and risks, and drive disposition and closure.
• Lead quality reviews, audits, and program meetings; support Boeing onsite visits.
• Evaluate customer findings and develop corrective actions with supporting documentation.
• Maintain updates to Boeing portals and track deliverables; escalate overdue actions.
