Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows, part of Senior plc, seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality organization and QMS, ensuring products meet customer, regulatory, and internal standards. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will oversee QA, QC, calibration, supplier quality, and quality-system compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in quality engineering/quality assurance or manufacturing quality with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and AS9100 requirements.
• Experience with customer quality audits, corrective action, root cause analysis, and quality improvement programs.
• Ability to assess quality and operational risks and communicate them to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the effectiveness of the company’s Quality Management System and ensure AS9100 compliance with customer/regulatory requirements.
• Establish and monitor quality performance metrics and lead Quality Management Review activities.
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement through cross-functional partnership.
• Develop and execute a quality improvement roadmap based on data, trends, and priorities.
• Lead, develop, and coach quality personnel to build a capable, high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and other functions to define and verify requirements.
• Establish and monitor supplier quality expectations and corrective actions.
• Support Calibration and Document Control with cross-functional engagement and improvement.
• Manage customer complaints, returns, and nonconforming material with root-cause analysis and MRB oversight.
• Lead internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits and drive timely corrective actions.
