Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with production and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to ensure parts are produced on time, on budget, and with quality meeting company objectives.
• Employee mentoring and development
• Identification of constraints and development of work around plans
• Validate time and cost standards
• Supervisors will possess the skills to properly motivate the workforce and the ability to make decisions that secure the long-term viability of our company
• Conduct employee evaluations and assist Production Manager with hiring and employee retention decisions.
• Process Leader: must be willing to take responsibility and make decisions when they are needed.
