Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the QA system at our aerospace performance center. You will maintain, develop, and administer quality assurance programs to ensure day-to-day operations meet the highest standards.

The role requires leading audits, implementing AS9100/NADCAP practices, and driving root-causes analysis across teams. Strong communication and blueprint-reading skills are essential to support customers and suppliers.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field is required.
5+ years of aerospace manufacturing quality experience required.
Experience with ISO or derivative quality systems preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and mylars.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Mansioni

Oversees quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement functions.
Develops and sustains quality systems including the Quality Manual per AS9100/NADCAP.
Leads internal and external audits (ISO 14001).
Drives training on quality concepts across the center.
Investigates and resolves quality issues; supports QA system development.
Coordinates QMAT Process Improvements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
