Job summary
Aerodyn Engineering is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Indianapolis, IN quality department and manage the AS9100 quality management system. You will set priorities, own corrective action and continuous improvement, support customer and third-party audits, and partner with manufacturing and engineering to resolve nonconformances quickly without slowing the schedule.

- Bachelor's degree in related field or 5+ years of quality management experience.
- 5+ years of aerospace or automotive industry experience.
- Familiarity with AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015.
- Hands-on familiarity with precision measurement equipment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the quality department and the QMS.
- Maintain the QMS and support audits.
- Manage customer quality requirements and shipment documentation.
- Run corrective action and continuous improvement systems.
- Train employees on quality and provide inspection support as needed.
