Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inspection experience in an aerospace, military, or manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Experience with aerospace soft goods (parachutes, canopies, webbing, textiles) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections of sewing, stitching, cut parts, and marks to verify conformance.
• Perform secondary verification of critical work-order operations.
• Perform final inspection of completed soft goods and document non-conformances.
• Issue tickets; label nonconforming hardware; track location; follow up to close.
• Support MRB process by documenting and managing non-conformances.
• Communicate quality issues with production and engineering; assist with disposition and corrective action.
