Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in quality inspection, experience with calibration systems, and strong blueprint reading skills, plus proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and other inspection tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of quality inspection experience.
• Experience managing calibration systems.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Proficient with inspection tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing routers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the gage calibration system.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Identify quality issues and nonconforming materials.
• Complete FAIRs and maintain quality documentation.
• Support customer audits and interact with customer representatives.
• Assist with continuous improvement and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
