You will use CMMs and precision tools to verify dimensions, analyze blueprints and GD&T data, and document results with full traceability. Applicants should have a detail‑oriented mindset, strong measurement skills, and the ability to halt production if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in quality control inspection, machining, or precision manufacturing preferred.
• ITAR: U.S. citizen or eligible per ITAR requirements.
• Strong GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measurement tool knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to maintain quality records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and measure products for conformance using handheld tools and CMMs.
• Analyze aerospace blueprints and GD&T data to determine inspection steps.
• Reject nonconforming parts and coordinate corrective actions with production.
• Document inspection results with precise data and traceability records.
• Perform visual and functional verification and assist with equipment calibration.
