Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mechanical Quality Inspector to perform detailed inspections of products against the data package through in-process, finishing and final inspection stages.

The role requires GD&T expertise, the ability to read complex drawings, and use of precision inspection tools. A HS diploma and 4+ years of quality experience are preferred, with eligibility to obtain a government clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
• Four (4) years Quality experience preferred, minimum of four (4) years with standards and regulatory requirements.
• High School diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, POs, SOWs to determine quality status.
• Use precision measuring instruments to confirm dimensional compliance.
• Perform GD&T measurement to verify complex components are within spec.
• Determine acceptance or rejection of materials and document NCRs.
• Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Document inspection results and maintain paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for the quality program.
