Htprof is seeking a Final Inspector for first shift to perform first piece inspections on aerospace parts. The role includes using CMMs, optical comparators and precision gauges, ensuring blueprints and operation sheets are followed, and returning parts with proper documentation.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of aerospace inspection experience, strong math/communication skills, and the ability to work overtime. PC-DMIS experience is preferred, and accurate records must be maintained.

Formación

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in inspection of complex aerospace parts.
• PC-DMIS experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications, blueprints, and operation sheets.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Strong math and communication skills; keep accurate records.
• Knowledge and use of precision measuring equipment; maintain inspection files.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct first piece inspections on various parts, gauges, tools and fixtures.
• Verify correct operation sheet is used and meets blueprint requirements.
• Return part to operator with proper gauging and inspection equipment.
• Complete paperwork and documentation of dimensions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
