Job summary

BestLogic Staffing is seeking a Final Inspector for a 1st shift, full-time Temp-to-Hire position in manufacturing. Requires 3+ years of aerospace inspection experience; PC-DMIS experience preferred.

You will perform first piece inspections, check dimensions against blueprints, and document results using precision equipment such as CMMs, micrometers, and verniers. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong math and communication skills, the ability to work overtime, and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of aerospace inspection experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and operation sheets.
• Overtime flexibility and accurate record-keeping.
• Strong math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first piece inspections and verify dimensions per blueprints.
• Operate CMMs, optical comparators and precision gauges; ensure proper gauging.
• Document all dimensions and inspection results accurately.
• Return parts to operators with correct gauging and paperwork.
