Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have NADCAP/AS9100 knowledge and GD&T proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tubing, fittings, machined parts, and metal castings for defects.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and customer specs.
• Complete NADCAP/AS9100 forms and maintain quality records.
• Document nonconformances and support production with quality issues.
• Perform final inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Conduct first article inspections to validate new or modified processes.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct visual inspections for surface defects and deviations.
