Job summary

RAM Aerospace is seeking a Quality Control Final Inspector to ensure aerospace components meet the highest standards. You will perform first article and final inspections, analyze GD&T, and verify precision measurements to safeguard quality and reliability for commercial, defense, and satellite systems.

Qualified candidates typically have an associate degree or 1–2 years in quality control, strong GD&T skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

Associate degree or 1–2 years of related quality control/inspection experience.
Strong GD&T knowledge and ability to interpret blueprints.
Proficient with MS Office and ability to document inspection results.
Background check and ITAR compliance required.

Responsibilities

First Article and Final Inspection to ensure conformance to all requirements.
Prepare AS9102 First Article Inspection reports when required.
Analyze blueprints and GD&T to determine testing procedures and measurement methods.
Use precision measuring instruments and verify calibration of equipment.
Reject non-conforming products and document data per RAM specifications.
Prepare products for processing, packaging, and shipping as needed.
