Job summary

Advanced-Ground-Systems-Engineering seeks a meticulous Quality Technician to inspect supplier tools, components, and documentation for conformance to drawings and LEAP requirements. You will collaborate with Quality Engineers and Engineering to resolve discrepancies and ensure complete certification packages for shipments.

The role involves on-site work in Cincinnati, OH, with responsibilities spanning audits, non-conformance management, and supporting customer audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree or equivalent technical education or 7 years of inspection experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years of inspection experience in a technical, mechanical, or quality-related role.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and errors.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections and paperwork audits of supplier-provided tools and components.
• Verify material certifications, deviations, dimensions, and certificates of conformance.
• Document non-conforming products via NCRs and communicate discrepancies to suppliers.
• Support calibration activities, SOP revisions, and quality improvement initiatives.
