Job summary

Canopy A&D is looking for a Quality Inspector in New York to perform inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years of quality inspection experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

The position is full-time, offering an hourly rate between $28 and $31, based in Cape Canaveral, FL. Responsibilities include verifying manufactured hardware and generating necessary inspection documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ inspection/quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize inspection duties.
• Knowledge of mechanical measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, final inspection & first article approval.
• Generate inspection records in accordance with ISO9001/AS9100 Specification.
• Verify calibrated tools to ensure accuracy prior to use.
