Sonaca North America is seeking a Quality Inspector in Fredonia, KS to perform inspection of assembled parts and verify compliance with our Quality System under supervision. You will read customer drawings, setup sheets, and participate in problem-solving teams while maintaining documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and comprehend American English.
• Must read, interpret, and understand customer drawings and sketches.
• Must develop working knowledge of internal procedures and customer requirements.
• Must use basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret setup sheets and set up jobs per instructions.
• Read CMM part programs and adjust as needed.
• Complete data exchange through CAD/CAM and SPC systems.
• Follow parts schedule and adapt to hot jobs or emergencies.
• Collaborate with CAD/CAM, quality, and production to resolve problems.
• Perform daily maintenance on the CMM.
• Participate in work center and project teams.
