Qualifikationen

• Experience with machining, fabrication, welding, forming, and processing in Aerospace is strongly preferred.
• Competence in reading detailed drawings with GD&T and specification interpretation.
• Ability to use and read precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, indicators).
• Fundamental mechanical and mathematical knowledge.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform inspections using a CMM and calibrated measuring instruments.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and manufacturing plans.
• Extract details from customer prints to maintain inspection reports and quality docs.
• Identify and report quality abnormalities.
• Assist in identifying, segregating, and documenting non-conforming product.
• Support Quality and Process Engineers as needed.
• Set up gauges to verify conformance.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
