Job summary

FINITETEK INC in Washington state is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector for aerospace manufacturing. You will perform in-process and final inspections of machined and sheet metal components, read blueprints, apply GD&T, and support First Article inspections.

The role requires extensive CMM experience, AS9100/AS9102 knowledge, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure conformance to aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of aerospace quality inspection experience.
• 3+ years of operating/programming CMM equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of machined and sheet metal components.
• Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Apply GD&T requirements accurately.
• Prepare inspection sheets and technical documentation.
• Identify and document non-conformances and support rework.
• Maintain inspection and calibration records.
• Perform first-part approvals and support production quality requirements.
• Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met.
