Job summary

Aerotek is seeking three experienced Inspectors for the first shift to conduct quality assessments and measurements on products in a CNC environment. You will inspect 200-300 subassemblies, review tolerances, and complete data packages both manually and electronically.

Candidates should have 5+ years of inspection experience with PCMM/CMM, and be familiar with AS 9100 processes. This onsite role is based in Cherry Hill, NJ, offering contract-to-hire opportunities and a pay range of $30.00-$35.00

Qualifications

• Experience with inspection tools, engineered drawings, prints, and assessing customer requirements in a CNC machine shop.
• Proficiency in quality inspection and parts measurements.
• Experience with a quality management system is a plus.
• Familiarity with AS 9100 process documentation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete first article inspections, generating reports and PCMM points maps detailing product quality.
• Develop and maintain inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Perform inspections across all stages of production.
• Prepare and maintain test data for review.
• Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards.
• Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly.
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.
